!One run per class for horse/rider pair - fastest time sets the payout scale!
* Open is the main class*
***RIDER MUST ENTER THE OPEN CLASS TO ENTER ANY OTHER CLASS IN THE HEIGHT DIVISION (excluding fun classes)***
*Youth and senior classes are separate courses, under 18 and over 30 at start of series. DOB is required when entering.*
*Open, Youth and Senior are on a 70% payout scale. The more riders per division, the more payouts per division.*
** Open, youth and senior - each rail/refusal adds 5 seconds to your time **
*Option fence! If chosen, removes 1 second off of your time.*
*Jackpot is a separate round from open, with a different course!*
*Jackpot is a 50/50 payout to ONE RIDER (per height jackpot). No rails, no refusals, no circles; if rider gets any of these you are disqualified.*
*Fun classes - per height division. These are lower cost, and have swag, NOT CASH, as prizes.*
*In classes with a posted jump off (classic style class) rider may take NO MORE THAN 30 SECONDS to start their jump off round. Taking more than 30 seconds constitutes a forfeit.*
*CLASS CHANGES MUST BE GIVEN TO THE OFFICE PRIOR TO THE START OF THE HEIGHT DIVISION.*
Time Only - $10 for 2 MINUTES in the ring to school as you will. These will be offered before regular runs AT EACH HEIGHT. You can purchase as many time only goes as you would like, but 3D Jumping does reserve the right to limit the amount of time only slots sold. There is no "winning" for time only's. These are great for young/green horses to spend some time on a real course by themselves!
*Trot a Pole division must be ridden at a trot (cantering out of a jump can happen, but rider MUST break down). You must ride the majority of the class at a trot, or you will be disqualified. This division was put into place to allow green horses and riders an opportunity to compete as well. Please don't take that away from them!*
***There must be three riders minimum in a division for the division to run***
*** A horse and rider combination may only compete in two divisions per day. Exceptions can be made for fun classes. For example, a rider competing in Mid and Upper may elect to enter the Champagne Derby at Lower. Trot-a-pole riders may not cross enter any other division except Starter. ***
***COACHES ALLOWED IN THE RING ONLY FOR TROT A POLE AND STARTER HEIGHTS***
Helmet, boots required. Schooling attire is acceptable. Tack must be English!
***Ring Steward reserves the right to excuse dangerous/abusive riders from the ring. 3D Jumping will stand behind the ring stewards decision, and no refunds will be given if excused***
***PLEASE NOTE THAT UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED BY SHOW MANAGEMENT, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR ENTRY ROLLOVERS ***
